The apartment
Two apartments joined together, on the ground floor of the “Le Pralyséen” residence, with a 20 m² terrace where you can leave your skis at lunchtime. Direct access to the alpine and cross-country ski runs.
The rooms
- Living room and kitchen: microwave oven, dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, crockery for 6, toaster, kettle, Senseo and filter coffee makers, raclette grill, table, two benches and stools, sofa, television.
- Mountain corner: two bunk beds and one pull-out bed (80 × 190 mattresses, mattress protectors, pillows and bolsters, blankets), cupboard.
- Bedroom: double bed (firm 140 × 200 mattress), 220 × 240 duvet (bring a cover or sheets), overhead storage, chest for personal linen, small folding table, television.
- Bathroom: bath, washbasin, mirror cabinet.
- Shower room next to the bedroom: shower, WC, washbasin, mirror cabinet — together they form an en-suite.
- Separate WC.
- Hallway with washing machine.
Storage and access
- 20 m² terrace, snow-covered in winter: you may leave your skis there, watching out for snow falling from the roof.
- Ski locker in the basement, with shelves, for skis and boots.
- Closed garage no. 5 provided, under the “Chalune” building, below the Gallery: left ramp, then corridor on the right, 5th garage on the right, near the fire extinguisher. Worth €50 per week, not deducted if unused.
- Secure residence: two Vigik badges handed over with the two keys.
Sledges, raclette grill, games and televisions are at your disposal, and are to be returned in the same condition at the end of your stay.
Rates 2027
From Sunday 2.30 pm to the following Sunday 10.30 am. Water, electricity and heating are included.

Booking
- €200 deposit on booking.
- Balance by cheque when the keys are handed over.
- €100 security deposit by cheque when the keys are handed over, for the equipment provided and cleaning. It is returned if no damage is found and the apartment is left clean.
